Some groups will tell you, Rosh Ha’Shanah | “The Head of the Year,” (Beginning) arrives in the Seventh month of the year. They will tell you that one is based on an agricultural year and the other is based on a fiscal year.

But what does the only person who really has a say so in this matter, and the Only One whose opinion matters the most, and who is The One actually established it; have to say about it?

Let’s examine the scriptures to get to the truth and obtain the Spiritual

guidance from The Almighty Creator ABBA YAH, also known by YHWH | YA’OH ALA’AYM.

“And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH | Yahuah spoke unto El-Mosheh and El-Aharon in the land of Mitsrayim | Egypt, saying: This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.” Shemoth (Exodus) 12:1-2 | את Cepher Publishing Group.

Every aspect of our lives depends upon obedience to our Heavenly Father’s guidance:

“Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse; A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH your ALA’AYM | יהוה | YHWH ~ Yahuah Elohaykem, which I command you this day: And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH your ALA’AYM | יהוה | YHWH Yahuah Elohaykem but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other elohiym, which ye have not known…And ye shall guard to do את all the commandments and judgments which I set before you this day.” Dabaraym | Devariym (Deuteronomy) 11:26-28,and verse 32 | את Cipher Publishing Group.

Lets get the complete picture by examining the whole chapter from different Biblical perspectives and

resources:

The following is taken from the “Original Version Ethiopian Bible In English” by  Edward Jones

*{Please note: we add to LORD | YHWH | YA’OH, and to Israel | Ya’ohsharal which represents the original Ghabaray Hebrew Names}.

Exodus Chapter 12:1-51:

  1. “The LORD | YHWH said to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt,

  2. “This month shall stand at the head of your calendar; you shall reckon it the first month of the year

  3. Tell the whole community of Israel | Ya’ohsharal: On the tenth of this month every one of your families must procure for itself a lamb, one apiece for each household.

  4. If a family is too small for a whole lamb, it shall join the nearest household in procuring one and share in the lamb in proportion to the number of persons who partake of it.

  5. The lamb must be a year-old male and without blemish.

You may take it from either the sheep or the goats.

6. You shall keep it until the fourteenth day of this month, and then, with the whole assembly of Ya’ohsharal | Israel present, it shall be slaughtered during the evening twilight.

7. They shall take some of its blood and apply it to the two doorposts and the lintel of every house in which they partake of the lamb.

  1. That same night they shall eat its roasted flesh with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.

  2. It shall not be eaten raw or boiled, but roasted whole, with its head and shanks and inner organs.

  3. None of it must be kept beyond the next morning; whatever is left over in the morning shall be burned up.

  4. “This is how you are to eat it: with your loins girt, sandals on your feet and your staff in hand, you shall eat like those who are in flight. It is the Passover of the LORD | YA’OH | YHWH.

  5. For on this same night I will go through Egypt, striking down every first - born of the land, both man and beast, and executing judgment on all the gods of Egypt-I, the LORD | YHWH | YA’OH!

  6. But the blood will mark the houses where you are. Seeing the blood, I will pass over you; thus, when I strike the land of Egypt, no destructive blow will come upon you.

  7. “This day shall be a memorial feast for you, which all your generations shall celebrate with pilgrimage to the LORD | YA’OH | YHWH, as a perpetual institution,

  8. For seven days you must eat unleavened bread. From the very first day you shall shall have your houses clear of all leaven. Whoever eats leavened bread from the first day to the seventh shall be cut off from Ya’ohsharal | Israel.

  9. On the first day you shall hold a sacred assembly, and likewise on the seventh. On these days you shall not do any sort of work, except to prepare the food that everyone needs.

  10. “Keep, then, this custom of the unleavened bread. Since it was on this very day that I brought your ranks out of the land of Egypt, you must celebrate this day  throughout your generations as a perpetual institution.

  11. From the evening of the fourteenth day of the first month until the evening of the twenty-first day of the month you shall eat unleavened bread.

  12. For seven days no leaven may be found in your houses. Anyone, be he a resident alien or a native, who eats leavened food shall be cut off from the community of Ya’ohsharal | Israel.

  13. Nothing leavened may you eat; wherever you dwell you may eat only unleavened bread.”

  14. Moses called all the elders of Ya’ohsharal | Israel and said to them, “Go and procure lambs for your families, and slaughter them as Passover victor.

  15. Then take a bunch of hyssop, and dipping it in the blood that is in the basin, sprinkle the lintel and the two doorposts with the blood. But none of you shall go outdoors until morning.

  16. For the LORD | YHWH | YA’OH will go by, striking down the Egyptians. Seeing the blood on the lintel and the two doorposts, the LORD | YA’OH | YHWH will pass over that door and not let the destroyer come into your houses to strike you down.

  17. “You shall observe this as a perpetual ordinance for yourselves and your descendants.

  18. This, you must also observe this rite when you have entered the land which the LORD | YA’OH | YHWH will give you as he promised.

  19. When your children ask you, ‘What does this rite of yours mean?’

  20. you shall reply, ‘This is the Passover sacrifice of the LORD | YHWH | YA’OH, who passed over the houses of the Israelites in Egypt; when he struck down the Egyptians, he spared our houses.’” Then the people bowed down to worship,

  21. and the Israelites went and did as the LORD | YA’OH | YHWH had commanded Moses and Aaron.

  22. At midnight the LORD | YA’OH | YHWH slew every first-born in the land of Egypt, from the first-born of Pharaoh on the throne to the prisoner in the dungeon, as well as all the first-born of the animals.

  23. Pharaoh arose in the night, he and all his servants and all the Egyptians; and there was loud wailing throughout Egypt, for there was not a house without its dead.

  24. During the night Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron and said, “Leave my people at once, you and the Israelites with you! Go and worship the LORD | YA’OH | YHWH as you said.

  25. Take your flocks, too, and your herds,

as you demanded, and be gone; and you will be doing me a favor.”

33. The Egyptians likewise urged the people on, to hasten their departure from the land; they thought that otherwise they would all die.

  34. The people, therefore, took their dough before it was leavened, in their kneading bowls wrapped in their cloaks on their shoulders.

  35. The Israelites did as Moses had commanded: they asked the Egyptians for articles of silver and gold and for clothing.

36. The LORD | YA’OH | YHWH indeed had made the Egyptians so well-disposed toward the people that they let them have whatever they asked for. Thus did they despoil the Egyptians.

  1. The Israelites set out from Ramese for Succoth, about six hundred thousand men on foot, not counting the children

  2. A crowd of mixed ancestry also went up with them, besides their livestock, very numerous flocks and herds.

  3. Since the dough had brought out of Egypt was not leavened, they baked it into unleavened loaves. They had been rushed out of Egypt and had no opportunity even to prepare food for the journey.

  1. The time the Israelites stayed in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years.

  2. At the end of the four hundred and thirty years, all the hosts of the LORD | YHWH | YA’OH left the land of Egypt on this very date.

  3. This was a night of vigil for the LORD | YA’OH | YHWH, as he led them out of Egypt; so on this same night all the Israelites must keep a vigil for the LORD | YA’OH | YHWH throughout their generations.

  4. The LORD | YHWH | YA’OH said to Moses and Aaron, “These are the regulations for the Passover. No foreigner may partake of it.

  5. However, any slave who has been bought for money may partake of it, provided you have first circumcised him.

  6. But no transient alien or hired servant may partake of it.

  7. It must be eaten in one and the same house; you may not take any of its flesh outside the house. You shall not break any of its bones.

  8. The whole community of Ya’ohsharal | Israel must keep the feast.

  9. If any alien living among you wish to celebrate the Passover of the LORD | YHWH | YA’OH, all the males among them must first be circumcised, and then they may join in its observance just like the natives. But no man who is uncircumcised may partake of it.

  10. The law | Thorah shall be the same for the resident alien as for the native.”

  11. All the Israelites did just as the LORD | YA’OH | YHWH had commanded Moses and Aaron.

  12. on that same day the LORD | YHWH | YA’OH brought the Israelites out of Egypt company by company.

This next scripture as recorded in the Book of Deuteronomy | Dabaraym | Debarim, Chapter 11:1-31, we cite from the HalleluYah Scriptures translation:

DEBARIM 11:1-32:

  1. “And you shall love 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH your Elohim | ALA’AYM and guard His Charge: even His Laws |Thorah, and His Right-Rulings, and His Commands, always.

  2. “And you shall know - for it is not your children who have not known and who have not seen the discipline of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH your Elohim | ALA’AYM, His greatness, His strong hand and His outstretched arm,

  3. and His signs, and His works which He had done in the midst of Mitsrayim | Egypt | Matsraym, to Pharaoh sovereign of Mitsrayim | Egypt and to all his land.

  4. and that which He had done to the army of Matsraym | Mitsrayim | Egypt, to their horses and their chariots, when He made the waters of the Sea of Reeds (the Red Sea) overflow them as they pursued you, and how 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH has destroyed them to this day;

  5. and what He had done for you in the wilderness till you came to this place;

  6. and what He had done to Dathan and Abiram the sons of Elijah, son of Re’uven | Re’uben, when the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up, and their households, and their tents, and all the living creatures that were in their possession, in the midst of all Yisra’el | Ya’ohsharal.

  7. “For yours are the eyes that saw all the great work of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH, which He did.

  8. “And you shall guard every Command which I command you today, so that you are strong, and shall go in, and shall possess the land which you are passing over to possess,

  9. and to prolong your days in the land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH swore to give your fathers, to them and their descendants, a land flowing with milk and honey.

  10. “For the land which you are going in to possess is not like the land of Matsraym | Egypt | Mitsrayim from which you have come, where you sowed your seed and watered it by foot, as a vegetable garden,

  11. but the land which you are passing over to possess is a land of hills and valleys, which drinks water from the rain of the shamayim | heavens.

  12. a land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH your Elohim | ALA’AYM looks after. The eyes of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH your ALA’AYM | Elohim are always on it, from the beginning of the year to the latter end of the year.

  13. ‘And it shall be that if you diligently obey My Commands which I command you today, to love 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH your Elohim | ALA’AYM and to serve Him with all your heart and with all your being.

  14. then I shall give you the rain for your land in its season, the early rain and the latter rain, and you shall gather in your grain, and your new wine, and your oil.

  15. ‘And I shall give grass in your fields for your livestock, and you shall eat and be satisfied.

  16. Guard yourselves, lest your heart be deceived, and you turn aside and serve other mighty ones and bow down to them.

  17. ‘Then the displeasure of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH shall burn against you, and He shall shut up the heavens | shamayim, and there be no rain, and the land not give its increase. And you perish quickly from the good land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH is giving you.

  18. ‘And shall lay up these Words of Mine in your heart and in your being, and shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets  between your eyes.

  19. ‘And you shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down and when you rise up.

  20. and shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

  21. so that your days and the days of your children are increased on the land of which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH swore to your fathers to give them, as the days of the shamayim | heavens on the earth.

  22. ‘For if you diligently guard all these Commands which I command you, to do it, to love 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH your Elohim | ALA’AYM, to walk in all His Ways, and to cling to Him.

  23. then 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH shall drive out all these nations before you, and you shall dispossess greater and stronger nations than you.

  24. ‘Every place on which the sole of your foot treads is yours from the wilderness, and Lebanon, from the river, the River Perath, even to the Western Sea is your border.

  25. ‘No man shall stand against you. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH your ALA’AYM | Elohim shall put the dread of you and the fear of you upon all the land where you tread, as He had spoken to you.

  26. ‘See, I am putting before you today a berakah | blessing and a curse.

  27. the blessing | berakah, when you obey the Commands of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH your ALA’AYM | Elohim which I command you today;

  28. and the curse, if you do not obey the Commands of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH your ALA’AYM ~ Elohim shall put, but turn aside from the Way which I command you today, to go after other mighty ones which you have not known.

  29. ‘And it shall be, when 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH your ALA’AYM | Elohim has brought you into the land which you go to possess, that you shall put the blessing | berakah on Mount Geriz and the curse on Mount Eybal.

  30. ‘Are they not beyond the Yarden, following the way of the sun westward, in the land of the Kena’anites who dwell in the desert plain opposite Gilgal, beside the terebinth trees of Moreh?

  31. ‘For you are passing over the Yarden to go in to possess the land which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH your ALA’AYM | Elohim is giving you, and you shall possess it and dwell in it.

  32. and shall guard to do all the Laws | Thorah wright-Rulings which I am putting before you today.’

Dabaraym 16:1-4 states:

“Guard the month of Abib | Aviyv, and keep the Pecach unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH your ALA’AYM | יהוה | YHWH Yahuah Elohayka: for in the month of Aviyv | Abib (green ears) 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH your ALA’AYM | יהוה | YHWH Yahuah Elohayka brought you forth out of Mitsrayim by night. You shall therefore sacrifice the Pecach unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH your ALA’AYM | יהוה | YHWH Yahuah Elohayka, of the flock and the herd, in the place which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH Yahuah shall choose to place his name there. You shall eat no chamets with it; seven days shall you eat matstsah | unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for you came forth out of the land of Mitsrayim | Egypt in haste: that you may remember the day when you came forth out of the land of Mitsrayim | Egypt all the days of your life. And there shall be no chamets | leaven seen with you in all your coast seven days; neither shall there anything of the flesh, which you sacrificed the first day at evening, remain all night until the morning.” Dabaraym | Devariym (Deuteronomy) 16:1-4 | את Cepher Publishing Group.

Even the Book of Jubilees Chapter 49:1, 7-8, & verses 14-15 states:

“Remember the commandment which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH Yahuah commanded you concerning the Passover | Pecach, that you should celebrate it in its season on the fourteenth of the first month, that you should kill it before it is evening, and that they should eat it by night on the evening of the fifteenth from the time of the setting of the sun…And remember you this day all the days of your life and observe it from year to year all the days of your life, once a year, on its day, according to all the Thorah | Torah thereof, and do not adjourn it from day to day, or from month to month. For it is an eternal ordinance and engraved on the heavenly tablets regarding all the children of Ya’ohsharal | Yashar'el that they should observe it every year on its day once a year, throughout all their generations; and there is no limit of days, for this is ordained forever…For this reason 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH Yahuah commanded the children of Ya’ohsharal | Yashar'el to observe the Pecach | Passover on the day of its fixed time, and they shall not break a bone thereof; for it is a feast day, and a day commanded, and there may be no passing over from day to day, and month to month, but on the day of its feast let it be observed. And do you command the children of Ya’ohsharal | Yashar'el to observe the Passover | Pecach throughout their days, every year, once a year on the day of its fixed time, and it shall come for a memorial well pleasing before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH Yahuah, and no plague shall come upon them to slay or to smite in that year in which they celebrate the Passover | Pecach in its season in every respect according to his command.” Yovheliym (Jubilees) 49:1, 7-8, 14-15 | את Cepher Publishing Group.

Since we are discussing the Passover, it is very important that examine the life of the person who became our Pesach or Passover Lamb of YAH, Our true Savior; as can be seen here in the Hebrew languages, is Not JESUS!

His true name is Ya’ohshai! Here are the Hebrew letters as are written from right to left: YHWSh and A, not JESUS!

  1. YaH, (this H is a silent letter)

  2. W=O,

  3. Sh, followed by the

  4. A=ai as in the final letter.

(𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 | Ya’ohshai | יהושע

“Then the Spirit | Ruach said unto El-Philip: Go near and join yourself to this chariot. And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Isaiah | Yesha'yahu, and said: Do you understand what you read? And he said: How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him. The place of the Scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth: In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? For his life is taken from the earth.” Ma'asiym (Acts) 8:29-33 | את Cepher Publishing Group.

You should be able to see the parallels between the original Passover sheep or goat sacrifices made by using the blood of these animals to atone for the sins of the people as outlined in the opening passages above, corresponding with the sprinkling the blood that was poured in the basins, to that of our Savior, Ya’ohshai’s precious blood that was poured on in behalf of all mankind, especially those who really take it seriously, and who value its monumental worth.

“And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH Yahuah shall be saved. Ye men of Ya’ohsharal | Yashar'el, hear these words; 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 | Ya’ohshai | יהושע | Yahusha the Netseriy, a man approved of ALA’AYM | Elohiym among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which ALA’AYM | Elohiym did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know: Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of ALA’AYM | Elohiym, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain: Whom 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH Yahuah has raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be held of it. For David speaks concerning him, I foresaw 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH Yahuah always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved: Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope: Because you will not leave my soul in She'ol | The grave, neither will you suffer your Holy One to see corruption. You have made known to me the ways of life; you shall make me full of joy with your countenance. Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day. Therefore being a prophet and knowing that ALA’AYM | Elohiym had sworn with an oath to him, את that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up The Anointed One | Mashiach to sit on his throne; Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope: Because you will not leave my soul in She'ol | the grave, neither will you suffer your Holy One to see corruption. You have made known to me the ways of life; you shall make me full of joy with your countenance. Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day. Therefore being a prophet and knowing that ALA’AYM | Elohiym had sworn with an oath to him, את that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Mashiach to sit on his throne; He, seeing this before spoke of the resurrection of Mashiach, that his soul was not left in She'ol, neither his flesh did see corruption. This 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 | Ya’ohshai | יהושע | Yahusha has ALA’AYM | Elohiym raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. Therefore being by the right hand of Yah exalted and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit | Ruach Ha'Qodesh, he has shed forth this, which ye now see and hear. For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he said himself, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH Yahuah said unto my Master | Adonai: Sit on my right hand, Until I make your foes your footstool. Therefore let all the house of Ya’ohsharal | Yashar'el know assuredly, that ALA’AYM | Elohiym has made that same 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 | Ya’ohshai | יהושע | Yahusha, whom ye have crucified, both Adonai | Master and The Anointed One | Mashiach. Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter | Kepha and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? Then Peter | Kepha said unto them: Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Yah for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit | Ruach Ha'Qodesh. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH your ALA’AYM | יהוה | YHWH Yahuah Elohaynu shall call. And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying: Save yourselves from this perverse nation. Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles. And all that believed were together and had all things common; And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need. And they, continuing daily with one accord in the Temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their food with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising ALA’AYM | Elohiym, and having favor with all the people. And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 | YA’OH | יהוה | YHWH Yahuah added to the called-out assembly daily such as should be saved.” Ma'asiym (Acts) 2:21-47 | את Cepher Publishing Group.
